First High Sea Wind Power from BARD Offshore 1

Fifteenth Wind turbine in the project area has been installed

Last weekend the first wind energy from the German offshore wind farm “BARD Offshore 1” has been fed into the grid. As the BARD group announced this Tuesday (07.12.2010) in Emden, the first wind turbine has delivered electricity to the offshore high voltage station ”borwin 1” of the transmission system operator TenneT B.V. which has been conducted to land.
